Cold Rolled Sheet Steel (4' X 4' X 11 gauge)

11 gauge sheet steel is thicker than 16 gauge and can be shaped using cold and hot metal forming techniques. It's a favorite thickness to work with as it is just on the verge of structural steel and is less likely to be effected by heat distortion when welding and cutting.
