Trupan MDF (3/4" x 2' x 2')

MDF, or medium-density fibreboard, is commonly used as a base material to glue veneer to for various applications like cabinet making, framing, and speaker construction. It is easily tooled and sands/finishes very smoothly - it also doesn't expand or contract like wood. On campus, it is mostly used for pedestal construction since it has an extremely flat surface that accepts paint well.
